In this 2–3 hour Zoom workshop (accessibly priced at £25), we’ll look at:
- Why boredom feels so uncomfortable
- The link between stimulation, dopamine and eating
- The existential layer that often sits underneath
- Why simply telling yourself to keep busy doesn’t work
- Practical and psychological ways to relate differently to boredom
You’re welcome whether you’re actively struggling with binge eating or you just recognise that food has become the most interesting part of your day.
