Do you like the idea of intuitive eating, but there are parts of it that just don’t resonate with your experience? Maybe you think it’s a bit idealistic or perhaps you feel like it’s something that works for other people, not you, and yet you wish you could be an intuitive eater.
Your Intuitive Eating Blueprint is a 6-week journey designed to immerse you in the principles of intuitive eating, but most importantly, you will be personalising the framework to make it fit YOUR experience. The course includes six live teaching sessions on Zoom, reflective exercises between sessions and replays so you don’t miss a thing!
It runs on a Wednesday evening at 6pm–7.30pm UK time starting on Wednesday 19th March 2025. Replays will be available.

Why is This Intuitive Eating Course Different?

While there are many excellent intuitive eating programmes available, this course stands out by offering something truly unique. Instead of spreading out the ten principles across the course, we’ll dive into them intensively in the first three weeks. This approach gives us three weeks to understand the principles and another three weeks dedicated to how to actually apply these principles in a way that truly fits your unique relationship with food. This course is designed to honour and respect your individual experience, ensuring that intuitive eating becomes a personalised framework that works for you.
Unlike most courses, which are led by coaches, nutritionists, or dietitians, this programme is guided by a psychotherapist. While this isn’t a therapy course, it’s grounded in a therapeutic approach that offers deep insight and support. You’ll be learning in a safe, professionally facilitated environment led by an experienced psychotherapist who has real-life experience with these challenges.

This course may not be suitable for you if you

  • have anorexia, bulimia or other restrictive eating disorder
  • would find self-reflective exercises too overwhelming or panic-producing
