About Sarah Dosanjh

Sarah is a qualified and accredited psychotherapist. After struggling with binge eating disorder and episodes of bulimia for more than a decade she has gone on to specialise in helping others recover from binge eating. In 2020 she self-published her book, I Can’t Stop Eating, which reached the Amazon bestsellers’ list.

Since publishing her book she has gone onto appear on Sky’s Roundtable and BBC Breakfast followed by three guest appearances on BBC Radio One to raise awareness about binge eating. In November 2021 she lectured at the MacNutrition‘s annual conference, which opened doors to deliver training to personal trainers and their clients. Sarah trained in transactional analysis psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute, UK. She completed her eating disorders practitioners training at the National Centre for Eating Disorders and is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
