Wired to Binge?

6-Week ADHD & Binge Eating Course

This course is for you if you have (or believe you may have) ADHD and you also struggle with feeling out of control around food.

We now know that 30% of adults with binge eating disorder also have a history of ADHD ~ Duke University, via CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD)

So what if your eating is not a willpower problem… what if it’s a dopamine problem?

Does this sound familiar? ⬇

One day you feel genuinely hopeful, motivated and excited to make changes. And then a day or two later it’s completely gone.

You’re back to square one wondering what happened. It can be so easy to read that as proof that you’re somehow too inconsistent to get better (this was my story). But I’d invite you to consider that your brain might just be doing what an ADHD brain does.

Most binge eating support isn’t built with ADHD brains in mind; that’s why I made this course… because I think it should be.

The Wired to Binge Course

Join me over 6 weeks to find out why your ADHD brain behaves the way it does around food and let’s talk about what actually helps. Not another meal plan, not a quick fix. A deeper understanding of yourself, some practical tools that work with your brain, and the chance to feel a little less alone with all of this.

Starts on Wednesday 9th September 6pm-7.30pm BST and ends 6 weeks later on Wednesday 14th October.
Brain with ADHD

What We'll Cover

Module One – Nothing To Do With Willpower

The ADHD-dopamine connection, why standard approaches often fail ADHD brains, and the patterns and cycles that might finally explain why food has felt so hard to manage.

Module Two – Your Personal Patterns

We'll turn attention inward, exploring your personal triggers, emotional states, and body cues around bingeing. Understanding your own patterns is the foundation for change.

Module Three – The ADHD Nervous System

Special guest AuDHD therapist Nicole Asghar, who brings her specialist knowledge of somatic and nervous system techniques tailored for ADHD brains.

Module Four – Emotional Regulation

We explore your emotional drivers behind binge eating and develop practical tools for recognising and responding to difficult feelings without automatically turning to food.

Module Five – Change the Story

We explore the stories you tell yourself about food, your body, and your ability to change — and what it might mean to start telling yourself a different story.

Module Six – Moving Forward

The final session looks honestly at what sustainable change means for an ADHD brain. Redefine consistency on your own terms and find ways to carry forward what you've learned.

More Information

You don’t need a diagnosis to be here. Many people, especially women, have never been formally assessed for ADHD but recognise themselves in how it’s described. If that’s you, please know you’re very welcome. I’ve designed this course with you in mind too.

There is a strong emphasis on connection throughout the course. You will get the most from the course by attending live, but this isn’t essential. There will be replays available if you need to miss a week or do decide to take the course by replay only.

The course will run over 6 weeks on a Wednesday at 6pm-7.30pm BST on Zoom. The course is open to international attendees. You’ll need to check what time the course will run in your time zone.

Refunds will be given up to 14 days after purchase. Due to the limited number of spaces available refunds will not be given after this time.

Meet your therapist

I’m a qualified and BACP-accredited psychotherapist specialising in binge eating — not just through training, but lived experience too. In July 2026 I will have qualified as an ADHD coach. After over a decade of struggling with binge eating and bulimia, it was deep inner work that finally transformed my relationship with food. That journey now informs how I support others.

Since publishing I Can’t Stop Eating (an Amazon bestseller) in 2020, I’ve raised awareness through BBC Radio One, Sky’s Roundtable, BBC Breakfast, and professional trainings. My YouTube channel – The Binge Eating Therapist – has had over 4 million views.
