Over the course of a weekend, psychotherapist and author Sarah Dosanjh will guide you through practical, evidence-based ways to bring self compassion into everyday life — not as a fluffy idea, but as the foundation for lasting recovery and growth.
In a small group of just ten participants, you’ll explore how to soften your inner critic, work with feelings of “I don’t deserve it,” and connect with others who truly understand the struggle. Through guided discussions, experiential exercises, and shared reflection, you’ll discover that change becomes far more possible — and far less lonely — when it’s rooted in compassion.
