Description
ADHD & Binge Eating: A Weekend Workshop to Explore, Reflect & Connect
Struggle with binge eating and identify with ADHD traits? You’re not alone—and this in-person weekend workshop is designed just for you.
Taking place on 21st and 22nd February 2026 (9.30am–5pm each day), this two-day experience is a rare opportunity to gather in a warm, cosy residential setting with a small group of like-minded people. Led by psychotherapist and bestselling author Sarah Dosanjh, you’ll explore the unique relationship between ADHD and binge eating in a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely understood.
Together, we’ll unpack why ADHD can make binge eating more likely—from impulsivity and emotional overwhelm to dopamine-seeking and executive function challenges. Through a blend of psychoeducation, personal reflection, and group discussions, you’ll gain insights into your patterns and leave with practical tools to support your next steps.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis—if you resonate with ADHD experiences or feel “ADHD-leaning,” you’re welcome here. With only 10 spaces available, this intimate workshop creates space for deep connection, honest conversations, and a sense of community you may not have found elsewhere.
Please note: Cats live on the premises, so comfort around animals is essential.
