💡 What makes this course different?
There are lots of excellent intuitive eating programmes out there—but this one is unique in several key ways:
A front-loaded structure
Rather than stretching out the ten principles over six weeks, we’ll dive deep into all ten within the first three weeks. That means you’ll have the second half of the course to explore how to apply these principles to your life in a way that truly fits you.
A psychotherapeutic lens
While most intuitive eating courses are run by coaches or nutritionists, this one is facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist with lived experience. This isn’t group therapy, but it is a space grounded in therapeutic awareness—offering insight, compassion, and psychological depth.
A personalised approach
This course isn’t about following a set of rules. It’s about reshaping the intuitive eating framework to suit your body, your history, and your values. You’ll be encouraged to question, adapt, and personalise the process.
