The ADHD and Binge Eating Group

A Weekend Group Experience

Did you know that around 30% of people who struggle with binge eating also have ADHD? Yet there are few spaces dedicated specifically to exploring this unique intersection.

This weekend workshop offers exactly that—a supportive, in-person environment designed exclusively for ADHDers dealing with binge eating.

Whether you have a formal diagnosis, suspect you have ADHD, or simply consider yourself ‘ADHD-leaning’, this weekend is a warm invitation to join me and connect with others who understand this challenge.

🌀 When, Where and How Much?

  • When: Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd February 2026

  • Time: 9.30am – 5.30pm each day

  • Location: A cosy, residential setting in the BH3 area of Bournemouth, UK (complete with local beaches and friendly feline company!)

  • Investment: £200 + VAT (£240 total)

🧠 Why does ADHD make you prone to binge eating?

People with ADHD are more likely to overeat due to a combination of impulsivity, emotional dysregulation, and dopamine-seeking behaviours. Food can offer quick comfort and stimulation, which the ADHD brain naturally craves.

Difficulties with executive functioning—like planning meals or sticking to routines—can lead to chaotic eating patterns, while distraction or forgetfulness might cause missed meals followed by bingeing. This workshop helps you understand and gently untangle these patterns in a supportive, in-person setting.

If you have been following me on YouTube you may be familiar with these little furry faces. Otterlie and Oliver will be on the premises so please only attend if you are comfortable with cats. They are very friendly and curious with guests and likely to want to interact.

Meet Sarah

I’m a qualified and BACP-accredited psychotherapist specialising in binge eating — not just through training, but lived experience too. After over a decade of struggling with binge eating and bulimia, it was deep inner work that finally transformed my relationship with food. That journey now informs how I support others.

Since publishing I Can’t Stop Eating (an Amazon bestseller) in 2020, I’ve raised awareness through BBC Radio One, Sky’s Roundtable, BBC Breakfast, and professional trainings. My YouTube videos exploring recovery and self understanding have been viewed over 3 million times.

If this speaks to you, I’d love to welcome you. Booking your place now ensures you won’t miss out on this weekend of insight, reflection and connection.
