About Sarah Dosanjh

Sarah is a qualified and accredited psychotherapist. After recovering from binge eating disorder she has gone on to specialise in helping others recover from binge eating.

Rather than offering quick fixes or rigid plans, Sarah will support you to rebuild a trusting relationship with food and your body. Her work isn’t about control — it’s about connection. She will help you gently explore the emotional patterns, protective strategies, and unconscious drivers that keep the binge eating cycle in place. Whether through one-to-one therapy, group sessions, workshops, or the wider community, Sarah creates spaces where everyone can feel safe, seen, and supported as they move towards freedom with food.

In 2020 she self-published her book, I Can’t Stop Eating, which reached the Amazon bestsellers’ list. Her YouTube channel has amassed over 3 million views and she co-hosts two popular podcasts: Life After Diets and Feelings…and Other Inconveniences.

Since publishing her book she has gone onto appear on Sky’s Roundtable and BBC Breakfast followed by three guest appearances on BBC Radio One to raise awareness about binge eating. In November 2021 she lectured at the MacNutrition‘s annual conference, which opened doors to deliver training to personal trainers and their clients.
