Joining me for an online retreat is an opportunity for an intensive immersion in your eating struggles. Each retreat is open to a maximum of 12 participants. We will spend two full days together exploring our relationship with food and ourselves.
We will eat lunch and dinner together both days and work through the thoughts and feelings that arise. You may be feeling especially anxious to eat with others and I want to acknowledge this and reassure you that you won’t be the only one feeling that way. We will be slowing down the whole eating experience, connecting with our bodies and exploring whatever arises.
The aim of the retreat is to increase awareness of your psychological and emotional responses to food and bring more presence into your relationship with food.
